Monthly billing charges you every month at the listed rate. Annual billing charges the full year upfront at a discount—5% on Workspace, 25% on Data Enrichment, and 30% on Contact ID—and locks that rate in for 12 months.

Yes. You can move between plans at any time from your account, or by reaching out to our support team. Upgrades take effect immediately, and any unused balance is adjusted against your next invoice.

Credits on Data Enrichment and Naam are granted for the plan's billing period and don't carry over once a new cycle starts. If you're consistently running out early or leaving credits unused, our team can help you right-size your plan.

Yes. Every product has a Custom or Scale tier for larger requirements — more seats, higher volume, or specific compliance needs. Use the Contact Sales button on any tab and our team will put together a tailored quote.

We accept major credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI for self-serve plans. Enterprise and custom plans can also be billed via invoice — ask your account manager when you get a quote.

Yes. Workspace, Data Enrichment, Naam, DeepCall and Sarv AI are billed independently, so you can put one on monthly billing and another on annual, based on what makes sense for each.

Refund eligibility depends on the plan and how much of the billing period and credits you've used. Our support team can review your account and walk you through what applies before you cancel.

All plans include email and chat support. Higher tiers add priority response times, and Custom or Scale plans include a dedicated account manager across every product.
